Assassination Attempt

There was a kid at my old high school who was arrested, tried, and sent to jail for an assassination attempt on the president. True story. The school I went to was a private, JROTC school (it was optional) and his father was a high ranking military officer.

When they arrested the kid, they found him with explosives, numerous firearms, and false I.D.s ranging from the FBI to the CIA to a McDonalds Manager.

The girl who dated him was a friend of mine – she still thinks he’s innocent. You can probably google this story and find some articles on him.
